I don’t want a seat at your table.
I’m fine with mine; it is surrounded by friends.
I don’t want a ticket to ride your bus.
The turbulence is no longer worth the ride!
I strip you of your “gatekeeping status.”
You are no longer “in charge” of my opportunities.
My ancestors made you rich.
I will not.
It’s not Happy.
But it’s Juneteenth!
