Stephen Larson, Hilary Potashner, Paul Rigali, and Jon Phillips all engaged in a “pet to threat” campaign against me. They encouraged others to participate.
Jon Phillips violated the EEOC’s rules against retaliation when he attempted to gaslight me over coffee after I reported racially discriminatory behavior in team meetings. He was the “assignment” partner. I have him on record.
Hilary Potashner did the same; she was my assigned “mentor” who said she would not mentor me. I have this on record. Never trust a dead eyed white woman.
“Superstar Trial Lawyer” Rick Richmond is a Mormon misogynoirist who is biased against black people (specifically) Africans. Rick is anti-interracial marriage and “race mixing.” That’s disgusting; I’m happy that appointment to the bench fell through. A person like him shouldn’t be a judge.
The Bledsoe family – father and son are both misogynoirists. Andrew was a peer, but he treated me like “the help.” White supremacists don’t see black women as peers. These men engaged in misogynoirstic behavior during team meetings and depositions; white surpremacists do not enjoy interacting with black people. Shame.
Brigham Young Mormons are pro-slavery. Great….
Paul Rigali was also on notice regarding my complaints of racial discrimination. He is Stephen’s most loyal henchman, an Italian style right hand. He’s the Managing Partner. He’s an incompetent lawyer who has missed several court deadlines.
Partner John Lee is having an affair with Jina.
John Lee harassed me for being in the office on the weekends while I was merely doing my own work. Only Asians can be “model minorities,” huh, John?
John Lee only mentors Asian Associates; he refused to have lunch or coffee with me, despite similarities in pedigree.
Alex made inappropriate comments about my hair – in violation of the Crown Act. More on his “black conservative” background later.
A white male Associate assaulted a black unhoused man in front of my very eyes. I am still traumatized from this event. Larson LLP forced me to resign and cancelled my health insurance.
Bob, is the most incompetent supervisor I ever worked. It’s alright, when it’s all white.
Allison, HR Rep is withholding my bar card that was mailed to the office; she is committing a crime under Stephen Larson’s instruction.
